Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and make your order before shipping. This 5 day time period starts the next business day after your order is placed. During busy seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, please allow for extra time for your order to be processed. Our busiest season is August-December. We use the United States Postal Service as our main carrier on retail orders, but on occasion we also use UPS on some packages where it is cost effective to do so. (Heavier packages). We use recycled packaging materials whenever possible to save you money and to help save our environment. We do accept returns if your products are damaged during shipping, but because our products are of a "personal" nature, we can not accept returns on "used" or opened items. We will gladly send you a replacement product in the event of shipping damage. Please retain damaged items for insurance claims. |
